Notice to Residents.
Residents - the following is information forwarded from residents in our neighborhood who were kind enough to compile this information for us. Last Sunday morning a number of residents awoke to discover automobile tracks in their front yards; details are below:

Here are the addresses of the homes in Phase III who had tracks in their yards:
Pico Lane
5512, 5516, 5520, 5524, and 5528
Plata
5520, 5524, 5544, 5548, 5552, 5556, and 5529
Here are the addresses of the homes in Phase I who had tracks in their yards:
Estandarte
8313, 8316, 8317, 8320, 8336, 8349, and 8405
Asta
8305, 8309, and 8328
La Bandera
5205
Note: 8328 Asta and 5205 Bandera tracks happened two weeks ago according to the resident in 8328 Asta. She did not call the police because she has had other incidents and she is tired of reporting them.
Note: Before Christmas the same thing happened on Cooks Ranch Road and two speed limit signs were knocked down, On Veterans Parkway there are still car tracks where a car weaved back and forth from the right grassy area to the center grass median. I would think there may have been some sprinkler damage.
The point being that there is an ongoing problem that is now overflowing into Phase III. We must do something quickly as a neighborhood and stop this property vandalism. Both La Bandera HOA's need to work closely with the Benbrook Police to stop this abuse of our property. The city is having to spend money to repair damages, and you and I will pay for the repairs to sprinkler systems and the turf.
